A long time ago it seems our HOA dispatched with having anything to do with our neighbors along Parkwood Way, just to the right as we enter Cedar Park from Prue Road.

What if we merged?

What if we figured out our differences and became official ''neighbors'' as all part of ''Parkwood?'' Could it be that the worries of the added intersection at the entrance proved not to be as bad as thought? Could it be that the nature trail could be (maybe) doubled in length?

What if?

Why? or maybe, why not?

How could we make this work? And work out for everybody????

OK, but what is the benefit?

Sounds fine, but it seems the Parkwood Way folks would get all the benefits and they would crowd our use of the pool.

So we join with them and we have less time to us our pool we already paid for?

What do we get for this deal???

Use of the Pool

The kids would like to be using the pool, and would be able to, but at least we would have so more paying members helping with the bills.

The extra kids are not so many and the extra income would be good.
