This follows earlier ideas by Jo Ann Smotherman (change from Miller) posted in the Forum. The point is to understand where our maintenance moneys go and when and how our community assets we share are being kept up.

Have posted a suggested status list as a starting point for updates and commentary here about which are more important than others, how can we balance one with another, etc. If you have ideas, please be forthcoming with them.

Some updated info received

Learned some new info from our property manager and updated the chart accordingly. Am open to hear from others about these assessments, suggestions on improvements, etc. One thing I note not mentioned in the chart is any kind of priority for maintenance that WE, the members, would like the Board of Directors to observe when allocating moneys for maintenance actions. I am sure we always want the South Front of Parkwood (monument, gates, vegetation) maintained at a high level.
