The neighborhood Garage/Yard Sale will be on Saturday, May 1st 2010. The HOA will pay for advertising and the participants will be responsible for individual permits.

The gates will be open for this event so get your "stuff" together and get ready for the crowds, not to mention make a little money while showcasing our wonderful neighborhood.

Has anyone given thought to traffic control during the yard sales?  With a large turn out of people with SUVs and pickup trucks parked, it would be near impossible to get a fire truck or anbulance down Lake Path if needed.

In the past we have not had a problem. If there were an emergency, the owners of the vehicle would be right there, able to move in a hurry.
