Webby has noticed a definite increase in neighbors repairing, remodeling, painting their biggest investment, their home. Driving along the Lake Path circle, Webby counted 7 houses under going major renovations. I am glad to say that despite some rough patches in recent years the neighborhood seems to be going through a renaissance.

There is more to the neighborhood than lake path.  There are a few on the other streets too.

That is absolutely correct. As I mentioned the neighborhood is going through renovation, remodeling and rebuilding phase. Hence the term renaissance. 

Of course you can't  just drive through (how many cul-de-sacs?)  - lol
