Good for them, I hope there'll be even more police ticketing speeders this year too for kids walking to and from the schools. Oh, and lets not forget drivers on their cell phones and texting.

I have seen the constables be rather diligent by MacArthur View (Bitters), on cracking down on speeders. Some claim they would rather get a ticket with SAPD...

Hahaha well its not just there, it is all over the county. With school back in session the Constables and school police will be out non stop and both have their police departments nearby on Broadway so they are in the area more often.

And yes, you are better off with a ticket from SAPD, JP3 Judge Baker does not cut alot of breaks which is where all non SAPD tickets go in our area.
