I have never worked the North end of SB. I chose repeatedly not to work for Lieutenant Roger Poyzer who was in charge of the area ('97 to about 2000). He was in charge of the call when Sergeant ........... and I didn't trust him (Poyzer), so I stayed away. I don't think he (Poyzer) trusts honest cops either as they won't cover for him.
VanRossum was working the north end during his tenure as the (alleged) police officer rapist under Poyzer - so it seems as though Poyzer must have known about him (VanRossum) or conversely,(Poyzer) has to admit to being retarded. I think it's far worse to condone a police officer rapist and refuse to initiate an investigation than to be stupid. After all VanRossum (allegedly) was taking his victims to Poyzer's office to rape them.
