As a fairly new full-time resident of our exceptional community I am interested in what the ''hours of peace'' are. Are they from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. etc.? Can anyone help with this?

Additionally, for all those residents who reside here only for a small fraction of the year, do you realize that partying outside until 1:00 a.m. or 2:00 a.m. does disturbe those of us who are not retired and actually need to sleep in order to maintain our jobs???
