Just curious on what the status is for the mailboxes being fixed. I know this is more of a management company issue, but thought I would ask here if the association knows any more details other than ?“soon?” and to place my complaints on record.
Going to the post office to pick up packages for me is inconvenient; they have limited hours M-F, and are briefly open on Saturdays?…as a consultant I usually work all of these days. To take time out of my work to pick up my prescription drugs is not only inconvenient but ultimately is taking money out of my pocket. I have not seen too many elderly or handicapped residents, but if there are any I am sure this is even more of a burden to them.
I talked to the post office and they mentioned that the management company was handed new keys to the boxes two months ago. I am trying to figure out what the hold up is and how long is it going to take to remedy the situation. Any info and a more detailed timeline will put me more at ease and would be greatly appreciated
Thank you,
Jeff
