how many owners (units) we have here at sands point west? let's divide it up i bet it would not cost each owner over $10, not so bad isn't it? this is something worth spending. james let the association know that they are managing our money, but they should not guard it like the total amount is coming from their own pocket.

I believe we have 141 units here. To raise $844, each unit only needs to contribute nearly $6. Thats not asking to much.

I wasn't aware that this discussion forum was being utilized. Sorry.

I think the lights are needed & see no problem with all owners chipping in to pay for the cost. Can't this just be added to each of our maintenance fee accounts? Thx
