Question: Are the lights outside the garage doors the responsibility of the association or the individual homeowners?  I noticed that 2 out of the 3 lights on our building is out.  Wasn't sure who to contact for this...

It is the responsibility of the Association.  Past boards have been using a handyman to change out those light bulbs.  Current board when it took over, found out that he was charging $63 even for the installation of one light bulb.  So I have been changing those lights ever since, sometimes with the help of previous board members, Sherry & Tom.  I will change them out this weekend.  The front & patio lights are homeowner's responsibility, but we have been changing the bulbs without charge.  If the globe is missing, we would change it and bill back the homeowner's account for $10.

You could report these burned out light bulbs (including the pole lights around the complex) to my email address, on this forum, or to Rita at Randall management: rfernandez@randallmanagement.com

Thanks
