Sardis Forest Homeowner?’s Association

The Sardis Forest Homeowners Assoc. actively works to maintain and enhance the quality of life that exists here. It provides for the maintenance, preservation, and architectural control of the lots, tracts, and common area (neighborhood park) within it's jurisdiction. Additionally, the Assoc. promotes the health, safety, and welfare of the residents within the area. The Assoc. distributes a bi-monthly newsletter.

Neighborhood Park & Pool

The neighborhood park provides a peaceful, wooded area for family picnics and two annual events - The Fall Festival in October and the Spring Fling in April. Sardis Forest Swim Club memberships are available to all homeowners. Members will enjoy the beautiful pool and lighted tennis courts as well as the many activities held at the pool throughout the summer.
