Sawmill Ridge Association

As we move into the second year of our Association, the board will be focusing on our Community and how it looks. As it stands now the community looks good however there are small issues that will nedd to be worked out. With that said, we will copy the two units Declarations for each unit so everyone is on the same page as we enforce the stanards that are set in the covenants and restrictions. This is going to take everybody to make changes, please help with this. Thank you again Sawmill Ridge

Convenants

Would also like all to know that while the rules will be enforced that they do need to talk to their block captains or board member before starting on any major project on their house. It is easier to do it the right way then to do it wrong and have to pay more money to have it done per the convenants.
