What is happening in the Scarsdale neighborhood in Arl Hts? What was once a beautiful and quiet subdivision has turned into an area where deprived degenerate teenagers throw bottles at joggers, set garbage cans on fire, spit at women walking their dogs, race their parents' cars; nearly striking pedestrians, and vandalize and terrorize.
Parents - really? Do you not know where your under age children are after midnight - on a school night? Please get in the parental game and demand to know where your offspring are off to. I bet mostly they are up to good - but there are many that are up to no good. And please if you see little Johnny with a new GPS or laptop computer - ask him where he got it. Becuase if you did not buy it - and Johnny has no job - Johnny probably stole it from your neightbor.
A neighborhood watch is in order where we as neighbors stop being hostages and get our subdivision back!
