Let's look at the poor judgement from the present HOA Board to the poor quality of work from a inexperience fence company that was hired by an inexperience HOA Board.
They knew a sucker was out there, they just had to look in our neighborhood to find one. Or should I say five.
This is very sad to think I pay this HOA Board my hard earned money for such a lousy stain job.
Over $ 14,000 for what? If you can't handle issues properly, please step down and let someone else step up to the plate. Even my husband did a better job at solving issues than this board does.
