right, but if they don't slow down, they will face the consequences on my street, but yeah I always watch my kid or have someone, I'm really probably what they call a helicopter parent though I guess, heh, bu really I wish I could post this to some forum where everybody in okc could read it, becuase anyone driving down johnston over the speed limit will be dispatched of quickly

actually now that I think about it, I can't really do anythign about it, because they are driving to fast fro me to even yell anything at them, let alone stop them or call the cops. dangit, but I would get rid of them If I could. I'm going to pray about it, but I speed bumps might be what God says nd if so then speed bump's the winner!

I totally agree with your observation. Speed-bumps can't take the place of parental supervision. Our children play FREELY in our "fenced-in" backyard when we want to free ourselves of constant kiddy surveillance. The backyard is a much safer place for kids to play with little to no supervision. Call me paranoid, but I still have sevurity cameras in my backyard as well as front.  I can't help but feel personally responsible for my kids at all times.
