Settlers Crossing HOA

Can anything be done to stop the 4-wheelers and motorcycles from tearing up the common areas around the large pond and the area where the high power lines run?

Not only are some residents doing it, some folks from the development on the other side of Penn are coming over.

This issue has been addressed at HOA meetings and this site and mention of putting additional fencing or signs has been brought up but no action has ever been taken.

I certainly do not mind using part of our HOA dues to remedy this ongoing problem, hopefully I am not in the minority.

This is the only way I know how to bring up an issue, .

You are not alone. It seems as though unless you live near the common areas... people really dont care. My suggestion is for the home owners to actually WATCH YOUR OWN CHILDREN!!!!!! I have seen many of the fourwheelers/ motorcycles/golfcarts driving recklessly thru the neighborhood. Someone is going to get hurt eventually.
