Settlers Crossing HOA

Does anyone have a name and number of a current HOA Board member?  I need to get a fence fixed/replaced in my back yard that backs up to Settlers Crossing off of Penn.  This fence is owned by the association and needs more than minor repair.

I know being on any HOA board is a thankless job and I certainly do not mind paying dues. But this total lack of communication between residents and the HOA is something I have not seen since I moved here.

What was that dumpster for? I am glad the people in the surrounding neighborhoods got to dump their trash for free..was it for SC residents?

There was something going around months ago about spending our dues on a new playset in the front, I suggested staining the fence as an alternative...never found out.

All I am asking for is SOME type of communication between residents and the current board, is that to much to ask?
