Who is responsible for the storm clean up of all the branches and trees down in the greenbelts - especially around the pond? Does anyone know?
I can't even figure out who the heck the president of the HOA is...I am so frustrated with this. Each year I pay my dues and each year the neighborhood looks more and more like crap!!

Once there, if you click on covenants and bylaws at the top then go to the covenants document you should be able to find what you were looking for. I did a find for "common areas" and was able to locate it.
