I live on homesteaders place. My back yard yard faces west right next to penn ave.
We have a significant water leak from the community irrigation system between Penn and the brick fence facing Penn. Our back yard is dealing with a lot of overflow, and really needs to be addressed. Soon, please. I am afraid to loose some of my trees due to this very wet area. This has nothing to due with recent rain fall. It floods with no rain at all.
