Hi, I just bought a place here and moved in this week. I love my place-2 story 3 bed 2.5 bath with 2 fireplaces. The community seems lovely and quiet and I hope I like it here. I have driven around here a few times at night while it was in escrow to see what kind of people hang out here when the sun goes down and I never saw any activity whatsoever or many people hanging around which is good.
Can anyone who has lived here for a while tell me what I should expect? Do you like it? I just sold my old unit and moved away from one of the worst condo complexs in Mesa (Circletree) and hope to have a better experience here. I figure Gilbert is nice almost everywhere and hopefully I will have higher class neighbors here than at my old place which was full of problem tenants.
