We've had problems along Oregon Avenue where I live with kids running over trash cans with cars and kicking them over on their bikes. A couple weeks ago I removed a nylon strap that had been tied across 37th ave when I was walking my dog about midnight. We need to get descriptions of these hoodlums, the cars they are driving and licence plate if at all possible and report them to Officer Brown our neighborhood police officer, her voice mail is 602-534-2424 #9010
