I was jogging on Darlington, at about 27th St., and noticed a small white dog wandering around. He is a very small dog, maybe a terrier, with hair a little longer on his tail and face, and a couple faint brown spots on his back. He had no collar, and I knocked on a few doors and asked if anyone was missing a dog. he followed me home, so I took him to a vet and he had no ID chip.
