I have been hearing some complaints about the way things are being handled around here. Especially concerning $10 for a pool key. Instead of complaining to each other, lets go to the board meetings and tell the board. Maybe they just don't know that some of us are unhappy about some things and need to hear about it. The meetings are listed in the calendar.

Dissatisfaction in the Community
Dear Anonymous ~ I attended the Board Meeting that was held on Monday June 14, 2004. There were 9 people representing the community which houses 114 units. We presented our complaints/concerns to the Board Members regarding various issues, violations and concerns regarding the pool. The Board assured us that they will have answers to our questions within the next 2 weeks. They will be providing them in writing.
You are correct, the only way to voice our concerns, is to attend the meetings and confront the Board with our concerns and hope for some sort of resolution, rather than just complaining to our neighbor. Everyone needs to get involved in order to live in a nice, clean, upstanding community.

Thanks to those who were there
I would like to thank all of those who came to the Board Meeting on Monday. I was very surprised to see so many there. The number of complaints / concerns was also surprising. We are working on answers to those issues. I look forward to seeing you at the next Board Meeting.
