I do not support the abandonment of the city property. This is not in the best interest of the neighborhood. It maybe delaying the work on the parking lot that was fought for over such a long period of time. I believe that not one inch of Mountain Preserve Property should ever be given up for any private citizen or resident. It is for the use by all ?– not one person or family! TOO MANY YEARS have gone by working with the city officials and residents for any one to change what has been agreed to. No Abandonment !!

CITY CODE

I think that city code was changed several years ago to STOP all of the building on mountain preseve areas in the city. Too many people building homes on the sides of the mountain areas around Phoenix. How can the city abandon a part of this?

NO FRIGGIN WAY!!! HOW CAN ONE PERSON GET A PIECE OF THE PERSERVE AND RECK PARKING LOT FIGHT THAT TOOK FOREVER TO RESOLVE? ARE WE UP FOR ANOTHER HARD FOUGHT BATTLE JUST TO PROTECT OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. IS THIS FAIR? DOES IT EVER END??? WHY DOES ONE LITTLE NEIGHBORHOOD GET PICKED ON SO MUCH BY THE CITY? DO I LIVE IN SHADOW ROCK OR THE TWILIGHT ZONE????
