Shaw Butte Neighborhood Association

Another Letter from the city on my yard not clean, this time the inspecter stated storeage , We just got done Stuccoing are Home to better the neighborhood Values, and while he was here stated i have 2 weeds that are in Voliation of City Code there are 6- 1/2 in and the stucco company used my trailer and have some clean up still, So  who is messing with my HOME STOP I have contacted a Lawyer now . the inspector stated that every house in the neighborhood is in voliation .  but he is not proactive to send letter to all the homes around here,  If you see something stop by and let me know so i can explain or if there is something i can get cleaned up,   . Why i am writing this is this is the 4th time this year alone. and no voliation have been found.  

I so get it I looked over my homeowner paperwork and cant find any HOA.. I have recieved letters as well and think of it as nothing short of harrassment when other houses in the neighborhoo look far worse on so many levels at lease i have pride in ownership. I have been here for over 20years and have watched this neighborhood go down hill with drug dealers and illegals that dont pay taxes. I'm just saying they should refocus their energies on something that can really make a differance and stop harrassing the Taxpaying  honest homeowners.
