Shearer Hills/Ridgeview Neighborhood Association

I live on a fairly narrow street. Recently a number of contractors have moved into the area and park their business/work vehicles on the street. This makes it difficult to manuver around them, often stopping and waiting for oncoming cars. Is there an ordinance that limits the number of these types of vehicles on residential streets?
