Hey guys I was wondering since it is spring time how cool it would be if we planted some fruit trees in the common areas. Especially along the front basin, back basin, and maybe even near some of the corners. They have semi-dwarf varieties that don't grow as large but produce the same amount of fruit. I think it would be great for our community kind of like a gathering place for us all to meet, pick, and eat healthy. We currenltly pay for maintenance and I would imagine the trees would fall under the same maintenance we currently already pay for.
Just something to think about. They are very beautiful trees and the fruit is just a plus!
