The Shores Townhome Community

The Shores is a 318-unit townhome community with a clubhouse, 4 small "lakes", and a couple of miles of walking/bike paths winding through very attractive vegetation and landscaping. The community is located in southwest Aurora, near the shores of the Cherry Creek reservoir.

About our association

Board Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets on the 3rd Thursday of every month at the clubhouse at 7pm. All homeowners and renters are welcome to attend the meetings. The first half hour (7:00 to 7:30) of each meeting is reserved for homeowners' presentations/questions/comments.
