is anyone enforcing the mowing of vacant lots...there are a couple of lots on Gardere Dr that are an eyesore. They are in bad need of mowing. Thanks

Enforcement

The board has been in contact with most of the builders and/or vacant lot owners about the upkeep of their lots. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon.

Also, please remember that enforcement can actually be done by anyone, not just members of the board. In fact, I encourage you to contact the vacant lot owners and request that they keep their lots in order. Perhaps, more calls to the owner(s) may prompt quicker attention to the matter.
