On R.I. sidewalks, the snow must go and sadly far too many Pawtucket sidewalks are unshoveled and baby carriages, wheelchairs and kids are in the roads competing with 18 wheel trucks and cars challenging accidents! |

The banks who forclosed have not tended their properties and cleaned sidewalks nor has the state and cities cleaned up their sidewalks. What penalties are assessed if any? Far too many cars were and are parked on the streets and made snow plowing difficult for the plows, but was there enforcement by the police to penalize those who made the neighborhood streets more impassable? |
