I have a question about the sign.  Does this sign belong to the neighborhood association or is actually part of the homeowners property whose lot this sign was installed.

This sign appears to be on someones property and so I'm thinking it is up only by the graces of the homeowner on the corner....  Just realizing this is one homeowner I'm not sure I've even met....

I like the idea of having a neighborhood sign.  So far at least the homeowner on the corner has not removed it, so perhaps he likes the idea too.

Eventually someone will have to make decisions about maintaining this sign no matter who actually owns it.

This would be a good place to reply and add your comments.  Over time perhaps we can build some consensus and learn who actually owns the sign and the property it sits on.

May have to read the "covenants" or whatever they are called to learn this.
