Welcome to SRRA
The SRRA was formed on February 14, 1989 through an agreement between White Settlement West/Teslin Master Joint Venture and Silver Ridge Joint Venture No. 1.
It is a non-profit corporation created to preserve the value, desireability and attractiveness of the Property as well as to efficiently manage it.
The SRRA has the duties of managing, maintaining and administering the Residential Common Area, administering and enforcing the covenants, conditions and restrictions ("Bylaws"), and collecting and disbursing funds as necessary to achieve those ends.
