Who and why decided to change our neighborhood from Jollyville to Silvercroft? I remember when there was a brick wall at Lester & Silverbell that said Jollyville. I dont know of any neighborhood that has changed it's name. We should be proud of Jollyville. I still call it Jollyville, and everybody I know calls it Jollyville, and I will always call it Jollyville.
