I was just wondering if anyone in this neighborhood could possibly have enough courtesy to keep their dog quiet in the middle of the night?  Now that it's getting warmer outside, the need to keep windows open at night is upon us.  I cannot even get to sleep because pretty much everyone in the neighborhood lets their dog bark continuously, and apparently they sleep right through it.  This neighborhood is extremely unenjoyable to live in when you can't even sleep at night. 

I've decided that the next time I am woken up at 3am from a damn dog barking I will walkoutside, figure out what house the dog lives and and knock on the door and ring the doorbell of the owner until THEY WAKE UP!

If I can't sleep because of their dog...they can't sleep because of me!
