I have contacted our Mayor on several occations and I have not heard or had any response to this on going problem that has been a hindrence to this community for 15 years and counting .This is what I email to the Mayor and other dept.

Good afternoon I have call 311 and may other and you as well in regards to the abandoned property 1283 south Preston and in the 400 block of east Ormsby Ave. It has now come to seeing raccoons in and out of this bldg. and entire family of raccoons what I have counted and video taped was seven .this is a real danger to our community. the bldg
has been abandoned as long as I have been here I have lived here 16 years and know plans on moving .Believe me when I say that I'm concerned for the children here in our community and the family shelter where I saw the raccoon remove here baby's from the side of the bldg. and took them to the top of the bldg. at 1283 south Preston. I'm not asking for my self I'm asking for the entire community and we have plenty other issues ,I emailed Tandy and he has never responded to my emails but I will remember that the next time we vote .where does our help come from. I have email you before about this very bldg. and they call just so you can get off their backs and nothing ever come of it or never here from any one again .
I'm waiting again to here some good new's about this property being demolished.
