Is there an area where the covenants can be downloaded?

After living here for 4 years, we figured out our true address.  The zip code change triggerred the investigation.  It doesn't seem like our home displays correctly on the map websites.  We live on North Mid Iron Way.  You have a 50% chance of figuring out which house is ours since there are only two houses on North Mid Iron Way.  Oddly, going south on N. Mid Iron Way turns into N. Mid Iron Lane when you reach Spoon Terrace.  I would be open to resolving the confusion with a name change.  Does anyone find this strange?

Don, the Oak Tree Estates Home Owner's Association was desolved prior to 2001.

It would be interesting if members of the original HOA could provide insight as to what happened to the organization.
