The Contractor plowing snow this morning woke me up with a very loud radio, not the sound of the plow. As I looked out to see what kind of jerk was blasting away HIS tunes in front of my house, I watched him clip the mail box at 5440 Garth Dr. He got out an put it back into place and took off.

They need to replace it, and turn down the tunes.
