Yes, I like the idea of "updates" regarding new info. Robert mentions trying to change layout to be able to add a photo. That's what I had in mind. Photo of the neighborhood? and maybe a small section right under devoted to "current news" such as new neighbors moving in, meetings scheduled ect.
