STREET LIGHTS
LEAH, THIS IS A BUILDER/HOMEWOWNER ISSUE. HOWEVER, I HAVE PREVIOUSLY WORKED DILIGENTLY TO GET THE RESPECTIVE BUILDERS TO CORRECT THE DEFICIENCY WHERE THEY HAD NEVER CONNECTED THE STREET LIGHT TO THE HOUSE; THUS, THE LIGHT DOES NOT WORK. WE HAVE 5 LIGHTS THAT I COUNT AT THE PRESENT TIME THAT NEED TO BE CONNECTED. BECAUSE OF BUILDER INACTION, I HAVE NOW ASKED PROCOMM TO SEND LETTERS TO EACH APPLICABLE ADDRESS AND REQUEST THE HOMEOWNER CONTACT THEIR BUILDERS AND GET THEM CONNECTED. I HOPE THIS CLARIFIES YOUR INTEREST AND CONCERN IN THIS AREA. LEE |

Street Light
Thank you so much for your help and for contacting ProComm. I hope with your actions, we can soon ''see the light'' At the present time the entire area is pitch black at night (except for the few of us that leave the outside lights on all night) By Leah |

Northo: Thank you for your response. I'm sorry to hear you have not been re-imbursed for your expense. This Street Light situation is ''unheard''. Even ''less expensive'' neighborhoods have more steet lighting than we do at Sonoma Ranch. To add insult to injury, the few existent street lights at Sonoma Ranch are for ''mere decoration purposes only'' since these are inoperable. Just doesn't make sense at all. Why place a Street Light if there are no plans to connect it? I certainly hope you get all your money back. Regards, By Leah |
