Where's the playground near the Springs? We are thinking about an offer in the Springs. Is the Springs a safe and kid's friendly neighborhood.Thanks.

You'll be disappointed

The playgound is in the community next to the Springs. If you go left on Kyle Seale when you come out of the Springs, it's the next street to your left (Ruidosa???).

Anyway, the playground is the same type of wood set you'd put in your backyard. I am surprised for such a large, affluent community that this is the best they could do.

I take my son elsewhere to play. The pools are OK. They do have a very good kids swimteam, though.

The springs

The springs has very nice people and very kid friendly. Not a lot of traffic. The play area is located in the back of the springs at the sonoma ranch club house. Walking distance... Which house? I am a resident on pastura pass.

Then move if you don't like it! I boggles me how people just complain knowing how things look when they buy a home here. The person is doing what you should of done prior to moving here. The Springs is a nice place and very friendly. If you read the initial message posted, it asked where it was...not YOUR opinion! Sorry I am taking such offense, but this is my neighborhood as well.
