I live in the Springs (Rio Rancho Way) and there are 2 barking dogs that bark at all hours of the night and early morning. I mean, who lets their dogs bark away at 4am???
It seems like the dogs are in the back on the other side of the greenbelt.
Does anyone know about the dogs or who the owners are?

Barking Dogs
I hear them also, but they don't wake me up, I'm just a very early riser. Strange, because from the Summit, it sounds like the dogs are in The Springs.
Based on it sounding to you like it is coming from the Summit, I can only guess the dogs are either on Santa Fe Walk or somewhere on Candelaria.
Irresponsible pet owners should not have a pet. Surely, the immediate neighbors are even more disturbed by the barking and hopefully have complained.

Barking Dogs
Unfortunately, I hear them too. The barking dogs I hear are on Pueblo Pintado. These are very large dogs and their loud bark is annoying. Could these be the dogs you are hearing?
Would be nice if the homeowner association would intervene.

Hmmm...
Actually, I think the dogs I hear are in the Springs on Rio Rancho. I think it is one dog in particular.
I was entertained at 3:00 this morning by this dog as it barked and barked and barked...
