I know this board is rarely read but if anyone would like to add some fresh flowers to their home we are willing to part with some gorgeous 7 foot tall sunflowers growing along Sonoma Parkway just past the Enclave entrance. There are also a few dying trees and plenty of weeds and trash that are less desireable. If you decide to take us up on the offer would you mind hammering the nails back in our falling down fence? Yes, the only wooden one in the neighborhood.
Thanks so much,
Monica

Sunflowers
No thanks, but we appreciate the offer Monica. Looks like there has been a bumber crop of sunflowers in some areas of our neighborhood this year.
I'm not sure if you mean the sunflowers inside the yard along Sonoma Parkway or the field of them in the open area just past the Enclave. If it's the field of them just past the Enclave, I'm not sure that's part of our HOA and the landscape/ maintenance contract.

Oh, well worth a shot.
They are right behind our fence not in our yard. Yes, there are a couple of people growing them as crops it seems but not us. I think you are right about the contract though. I believe it covers the strip next to the street but not the other side of the sidewalk by the fence for some reason? I am not talking about the electrical easment that the city is supposed to maintain but the 6 foot area behind our fences. I guess we are the slum of the development anyway. Sure does cost alot to live in a slum these days doesn't it?
Glad to see that someone reads this board.

I know Lee periodically reads posts here. Might try asking him about the area you're referring to. He would likely know the answer or at least be able to find out the answer.
