How would you like to
-extend your walks into a new subdivision,
-visit friends in Fossil Springs, and
-reduce school traffic on Sonoma Parkway by enablingFossil Springs residents to walk to Bob Beard?
All this can be done by unlocking the pedestrian only gate between the Enclave and Fossil Springs at Pedernales/Lisa Enrico.

The board discussed this question in June and declined with this reponse:
"Thanks for your response and interest in opening this pedestrian gate. Although there are no specific concerns with opening this particular gate we are basing our decision on the fact that our entrance pedestrian gates are frequently propped open leaving the community vulnerable to outsiders. We invite you to survey the Enclave community regarding their interest in opening the gate on Pedernales."
If you would like to open the pedestrian only gate there, please respond so that the board will know of the interest. I will consolidate and report to Lee Tompkins.
Note that all pedestrian gates are left unlocked and there are several informal entrances to the Enclave from the greenway.
