Sonoma Ranch

Speed bumps installed in Sonoma Ranch are unattractive, and do not solve the problem.  Thank you idiots who voted to approve these annoying and unsightly additions, they really hamper the attractiveness of the neighboorhood.  They are very GHETTO!!!

Yes, they are unsightly and a pain, BUT, if people would get it through their heads that the speed limit is 25mph and they need to actually stop at STOP signs we would never have to deal with this issue. 

I live on Candelaria and I'm going to petition the HOA to install speed bumps there and on Santa Ursula.  You would not believe how fast people speed down these streets.  I live close to the intersections and it's unfathonable how quickly people can work up to at least 40mph in such a short distance.  I've had people nearly hit me coming out of my driveway several times.

SO...until people comply with the speed limit and STOP signs, what is the alternative?

Wow, ok that is scary almost being hit by a car!  I agree people need to be courteous to one another.  If people are using poor judgement like that then I guess we all have to suffer the curse of the speed bumps....sigh if only people could be more courteous when they drive, Texans seem to loose their politeness when they hit the roads..

this sounds very interesting. could you give the approx times and dates? could it have been during the traffic rushes, say during the weekdays? could be drivers making a shortcut from the summit gate to the kyle seale gate.
