Hello Dear Sonoma Ranch Neighbors:
Nothing more endearing than seeing the neighborhood children all dressed up in their gorgeous and "spooky" Halloween outfits and the grown ups join in the fun. 
We live at the Summit and it was so nice to see so many neighbors celebrating with their children and some other neighbors even having little "block parties" which just added to the wonderful and friendly ambiance.
However, this morning, it was NOT fun seeing how many thoughtless neighbors or their Party guests decided to use our yard as a beer can and bottle dumping ground.
Again, I don't see anything wrong with throwing a little party but the party hosts should make sure that their guests don't go around littering the neighbor's yards. Might be impossible to see what's going on in the evening but I'm sure the party hosts have good eyes to see during the day (the following day) and pick up the mess their party guests have left behind in the surrounding areas.
Common sense and common courtesy go a long way. As the "golden" rule goes...Don't do to others what you don't want done to you.
