FIREWORKS ARE ILLEGAL! and yet it seems like MOST of our neighbors at Sonoma Ranch just don't care to respect the law and the safety of their neighbors.
Several neighbors throughout Sonoma Ranch were shooting fireworks and I'm sure you heard them as loud as I did.
Neighbors at Pueblo Pintado were shooting fire works since early today (December 31). One of the addresses is 422 Pueblo Pintado and the other address: 400 block Pueblo Pintado (around the "cul-de-sac"). Who do these people think they are?? Do they think the rules apply to everyone else except them???
If you are ONE of the neighbors violating the city ordinance, be warned: I call the police and report you every single time I see you in the act.
This is so very inconsiderate and offensive to the rest of us who choose to abide by the HOA covenants and the city ordinance. If they want to risk their safety and that of their children, it is their own given right but (spare the rest of us) they should go outside this neighborhood and as far away of the city limits and possible. Once outside the city limits they can go ahead blow themselves up if they so wish to. I do not appreciate being placed at risk by these morons.
The Safety committee needs to do something about this and start placing fines against these irresponsible and undesirable neighbors. These Morons are NEVER going to change unless they receive some hefty fines by, either, the homeowner's association or the city. They act like a bunch of wild animals and not as the decent type of human beings one wishes to have as neighbors.
If you feel the way I do about this bunch of idiots, please contact the Sonoma Safety Committee and report all the neighbors violating the HOA covenants and city ordinance. We need to unite and report this to the authorities so that we can STOP this fools from violating the law. We have a right to protect the safety of our family and our property.
I understand people want to have fun with fireworks but there are safe ways of doing it. How about attending one of the many Firework shows being displayed throughout the city??? Why do it in the neighborhood and risk your neighbor's safety?? Such uncivilized behavior belongs in the wilderness and not amongst society. There is just NO EXCUSE for this!!!
