Just wondering what the police cars were doing at the end of 41st and St. Paul last night. I came around to park my car on 41st Street last night and there were three police cars there and I couldn't get through so I had to use the alley.

I am not sure this is the proper answer. But lately we had a small crowd of kids hanging around the corner on 41st & St Paul in late evening hours. The kids get very loud and unruly. Not all these kids (if any) are from the neighborhood.
