Thank you,  however I don't recall seeing a speed limit sign as you enter Tibbs from Wicker.  Only seems natural to want to go at least 35mph. 

well, there's a grand total of 1 (ONE) speed limit sign that I've ever found in the entirety of Southern Dunes - aside from the school zone.  On Wellingshire just in from Southport.  So, does that translate to that's the speed limit for the whole development?  Just curious.

And for the opening post, agree.  35mph on Wellingshire and Tibbs, 20 or 25 max in the neighborhoods...
