Southern Dunes Home Owners Association

I live in Hudson Bay (Southern Dunes) and wanted to give everyone a heads up. A man came to my door this afternoon (1/28) handing out a orange flyer (Five Diamond Enterprise) about a no charge carpet cleaning for 1 room. He seemed really nervous and kept looking around. Made me a little nervous. I told him no thank you and he tried to talk me into it. I kept the flyer and tried to look up the information-nothing came up. The first number is private and unpublished, the second number is not even a number. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that it may be a scam. I have heard this before...you let them in and they steal from you, etc! Needless to stay...just be careful! I don't know if he was just in Hudson Bay or if he was going all over Southern Dunes.

I too am in Hudson Bay.  I beleive there are signs at the entrances to Southern Dunes that state No Soliciting.  I get Lawn care and pizza flyers stuck to my door all the time.

I will bring this topic up at the HOA Advisory Committee tomorrow night.
