Check your HOA budget - assuming we get a copy this year.  Huge amounts for "Spraying rip-rap" (the rocks around some of the ponds), and for landscaping.  They come in 3 times a year, rip out the perfectly good annuals they've planted at all the entrances, only to replace them with more annuals.  And, if you noticed this year, the mowers were out mowing the dead grass. 

Silliness like that is one part of why our HOA dues are as high as they are. 

I did see the brown grass getting mowed.  What was getting me was how they all of a sudden decided in Sept to start watering the grass on Wellingshire.

We do need to know who our current contacts are.  My neighbor has all of a sudden decided he would empty the contents of his garage onto his front porch and yard.  Yesterday he added 4 used car tires to his front door.  I would say something but they aren't the friendliest of people.
